Why does winter always make you wait,
For a glimpse of sun
It takes a simple clue or leap of faith,
To know the time will come when...
Long cold nights
Fade into memory when looking at the morning light

The air is getting warmer by the day,
As the thaw begins
So put a corner on this page,
The leaves are green again
And clouded skies,
Are lifting away right in front of our very eyes

And we will be together
At the first sign of spring

A new season's begun
For a father and son
Everything grows a little faster
And every moment stretches longer
And it will only get much stronger

Still in some pain over the death of their whole herd at the beginning of winter, Vegeta takes a now tiny and basically helpless Goku on a stroll through one of the thick forests that inhabit their Homeland Oasis. While Vegeta tried to accept the loss and contemplate on what to do that would be best for the little foal by his feet, Goku clung onto him immensely. Once able to walk stride for stride with Vegeta, Goku now had to walk faster, trot and sometimes even bolt into a run just so he could stay by the old stallions side. Vegeta couldn’t bare the thought of having to send Goku to live with his father, Bardock. But he also knew that he couldn’t take care of a foal alone, it was a miracle in it of itself that Goku made it through winter. However, it was when they stopped and Vegeta was about to make the hardest decision of his life... That the world showed him what was really best for Goku. Butterflies appeared and encircled the air around them as well as the Cherry Blossom flowers. The flowers made the air smell sweet and the warm sunlight shines through the trees. Both of them were glad to see all of this since they were the first signs that spring has arrived at last. And out in a clearing, stood Sunrise, Ebony, Curry, Cabriola and Paurakou all smiling and waiting. Vegeta saw that they weren’t as alone as they thought.

(This is the one that was taking me forever to do! I started in December and now I'm done. Everything is hand drawn. I smeared the grass, added the sunrays, and changed the color of the flowers since the colors I used before were dark and it didn't feel right for the song so I changed them digitaly. It may have taken forever, but it was worth it.)
