Keeping Up

For 3 months every 5 years, Homeland Oasis is covered in a blanket of snow. Normally the snow never went past the herds ankles, but this year it reached their knees. Not only that but it bitterly colder then usual too. All of the herd stayed together to stay warm and ate only enough to keep the edge of starvation off. But the situation became serious when it stretched into a fourth month. Taking a huge risk, Goku, Piccolo, Pikkon, Tien, Yamcha and Vegeta set out in all directions to look for food for the herd. But they all failed to notice Trunks as he followed his father. Vegeta only notices Trunks when they were too far away from the herd for him to go back.

Horses grow a winter coat to keep warm when it gets cold. That’s why Vegeta looks ‘furry’.
